PHOTO: Burial Rites For Pastor Nomthi Odukoya Released

The burial rites for the late Pastor Nomthi Odukoya, wife to Pastor Taiwo Odukoya of The Fountain of Life Church (TFOLC), have been released.

Prayer Points Altar learned that the burial arrangement for the late Nomthi Odukoya was released on Friday.

In the e-flyer shared by Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, the burial ceremony will be held in the last week of November 2021 in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Monday, November 29th, 2021 – Night of Tributes at  The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju in Lagos State by 4:30 pm

Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 – Burial ceremony by 11: 00 am at The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju.

Nomthi Odukoya died on Tuesday after a battle with cancer, according to the Senior Pastor of the church.

The duo has been married for the past eleven years and had two children.

“With deep regret and gratitude to God, I have to announce the passing of my wife, Pastor Nomthi Odukoya.

“She battled cancer for the better part of two years, she stood on the Word of God, and she fought,” the statement announcing her death, read.

“She gave me 11 beautiful years of marriage and two wonderful boys, who I know will be very significant in life. I loved her with all my heart, but who am I to fight with the will of God.

“The truth is, at one point in our lives, we all will have to say goodbye. So for now, till we meet again in glory, Goodbye Nomthi!”

Since Tuesday’s announcement, condolence messages have been pouring in from different quarters including President Muhammadu Buhari, governors, and top preachers in Nigeria.

Earlier in the week, the Founder and President of the Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, visited Pastor Taiwo Odukoya to commiserate with him over Pastor Nomthi’s death.
