21 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. 22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. 23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. 24 Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. 25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.

Introduction:

 God will only entrust true riches into the hands of those He can trust to use such wealth for His purpose – Luk. 16:11/ Mat. 24:14/ Mat. 25:30-40

 We must recognize that our giving is not a financial donation to ‘help’ God, but a spiritual transaction that releases heavenly order of blessings over our lives – Gen. 22:15-22/

What is a Covenant?
 A covenant is deal enacted by God based on well-defined terms and sealed with an oath for delivery – Heb. 6:13-18/ Psa. 89:34

13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, 14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. 16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. 17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: 18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

Ps 89:34
34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.

 God’s prosperity plan is not a promise but a covenant and until our part is played, God’s integrity cannot be committed to perform – Gen. 8:20-22/ Phi. 4:15-19/ 2 Cor. 9:6-8

 One must be committed to serving God with his/her worship offering in services

What is a Covenant?
 In our context, a covenant is an agreement between God and man, where God is committed to make good His promise when man’s obedience is fully in place – Deut. 8:18

18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

 The Covenant of financial prosperity is superior to all prevailing economic circumstances – Gen. 42:15-27/ Psa. 33:18-19/ Jer. 33:20-21

 Biblical covenants are God’s sworn verdicts on various aspects of life, including financial prosperity as contained in His word – Gal. 3:13-14/ Heb. 6:15-18/ Isa. 14:24/27

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Heb 6:15-18
15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. 16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. 17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: 18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

Isa 14:24/27
24 The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand: 27 For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

Ps 37:18-19
18 The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. 19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

Mal 3:10-11/17-18
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. 11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Terms of the Covenant of Financial Fortune
 One must be committed to kingdom advancement investment, so as to continue to flourish supernaturally – Hag. 1:3-13/ 1 Chro. 29:3-5/9-12

3 Moreover, because I have set my affection to the house of my God, I have of mine own proper good, of gold and silver, which I have given to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house, 4 Even three thousand talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, to overlay the walls of the houses withal: 5 The gold for things of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and for all manner of work to be made by the hands of artificers. And who then is willing to consecrate his service this day unto the LORD?

Vs:9-12
